Use the app only for lawful personal alarm and routine purposes. Place challenge targets in safe, accessible locations and select movement challenges appropriate for your ability and surroundings.
Do not misuse the app
- Do not configure alarms or challenges to harass, coerce, endanger, or surveil another person
- Do not use the app while driving or operating machinery
- Do not use movement challenges where floors, nearby objects, health conditions, or other circumstances create risk
- Do not interfere with the app, distribute malicious modifications, or attempt unauthorized system access
Not for emergencies
WalkAway is not a medical device or emergency alert system. Do not rely on it as the sole alarm for medication, caregiving, evacuation, transport, or other safety-critical needs.
